Our store's focus is on tropical plants, but our education and experiences cover a broad range of horticulture specialties from arboriculture to native plants and more. Email us with you questions, landscape pest problems, or tree questions and we can send you more information tailored to your needs.

We guarantee safe arrival of our plants. Issues or concerns should be addressed within 24 hours of receiving a plant. Photos or video of unboxing and plant condition must be submitted with any claim of damage. A refund back to the original form of payment, or replacement plant sent to you based on joint communication and individual circumstance.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Our goal is to ship plants every Monday - Wednesday as processing time allows (may be subject to change without notification)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order you must contact us immediately within 24 hours of package arrival. Photos/videos of the unboxing are a must. We offer returnless refunds at our discretion. Kindly refer to our Returns Policy on our website for detailed instructions on initiating a return.
